IPTV on Windows PC – Setup Guide

Watching on a Windows laptop or desktop is handy for working from home or when the TV is in use.

What you need

Choose how you want to watch: in the web player (if included with your plan) or a desktop player app.
For the web player, open the link in your welcome message in Chrome, Edge or Firefox.
For a desktop app, download it only from the official developer website or the Microsoft Store.
Sign in with your login details.
Select a channel or title and press play. Use full screen for the best picture.

Video will not play in the browser: update the browser and disable ad-blocking extensions for the player page.
Channels will not load: close the app completely, restart your router and device, then try again.
Login error: check your username and password carefully – they are case sensitive and easy to mistype with a TV remote.
Buffering: use a wired connection if you can, or move your router closer. See how to reduce buffering.
TV guide is empty: refresh or reload the EPG in the app settings and wait a few minutes for it to download.
