An IPTV player is an app that plays a streaming TV service on your device. It shows the channel list, the TV guide and on-demand menus – but it does not include any content by itself.

Think of the player as a DVD player and the service as the discs. The app is the tool; your subscription and login details supply the channels. That is why you enter login details after installing the app.

• A clear TV guide and fast channel switching.
• Favourites, parental controls and search.
• Regular updates from the developer.

Staying safe

Only install apps from official app stores or the developer’s own website, and never share your login details. We will never ask for your bank details or passwords to set up an app.
