What you need
- A Mac running a recent version of macOS
- Your IPTV UK GO login details
Step-by-step setup
- Open the web player link from your welcome message in Safari or Chrome, or download the recommended player from the Mac App Store.
- Open the app or web player and choose to sign in.
- Enter your login details and save.
- Choose Live TV, Movies or Series and press play.
- Use AirPlay to watch on a compatible TV if you prefer.

- Press Control + Command + F for full screen.
Troubleshooting
- App cannot be opened because the developer cannot be verified: only install apps from the Mac App Store or the official developer site.
- Channels will not load: close the app completely, restart your router and device, then try again.
- Login error: check your username and password carefully – they are case sensitive and easy to mistype with a TV remote.
- Buffering: use a wired connection if you can, or move your router closer. See how to reduce buffering.
- TV guide is empty: refresh or reload the EPG in the app settings and wait a few minutes for it to download.
