How the EPG works in IPTV
Your player app downloads programme listings separately from the video. It then matches each listing to a channel and shows them in a grid, usually for several days ahead.
If the TV guide is empty or wrong
- Refresh or reload the EPG in the app’s settings and wait a few minutes.
- Check your device’s date, time and time zone are set automatically (UK time).
- Restart the app and your device.
- Still wrong? Contact support and tell us which channel is affected.
